COVID-19 and the resulting lockdowns significantly impacted businesses, particularly movie theaters. The rise of streaming services has further contributed to a decline in theater attendance.
OUTSIDE-INSIGHT
Watching a movie with an audience creates a synergy that amplifies the cinematic experience. Laughter becomes more infectious, tears more poignant, and jump scares more electrifying when shared with others.
SOLUTION
Our identity for MVFF 47 features interwoven imagery, vibrant colors, and fluid typography, reflecting the interconnectedness of the communal viewing experience. This dynamic design embodies the diverse and engaging atmosphere of the MVFF, which aims to showcase a broad range of films that foster collaboration and discussion among filmmakers and audiences.

BSSP created the festival's overall identity, which was used on various materials, from the One Sheet poster to templates and designs for banners, social media, and outdoor.
