OVERVIEW

We think noosa yoghurt is the best yoghurt in the aisle. But talk is cheap. So, we decided to scientifically prove it. Introducing Operation Taste Test, a first-of-its kind blind taste. 

 

First, we created a proprietary AI that measured micro facial reactions, including: eyebrow furrow, nose crinkle and eye openness. Then, we enlisted a leading facial analysis researcher from NYU to provide expert analysis and cast real people who had no idea what this was all for. 

 

The results? The tasters, the technology and our expert were all aligned: noosa wasn’t just the most preferred yoghurt - it was the one that elicited the most unique and surprising reactions.
